Laundry, pool care, and gardening are also organized by us. In higher packages, some of these costs are already included in the fee. In the lower package, we manage them but you pay the actual costs.

Yes. We create or improve your listings on Airbnb and Booking.com. If you like, we can also list your place on a third platform & also create your own direct booking webpage. We handle all guest messages, pricing strategy, calendar sync, review management and much more - so you can sit back and relax while your property is generating income for you.

Yes — we offer a direct booking page so guests can book without going through Airbnb or Booking.com. This saves you commission fees and gives you more control +higher rental income. It’s included in some packages or available as an add-on.

Each month, you get a clear report showing your income, costs, bookings, and more details. The type of report depends on your package — from basic numbers to detailed insights.

Yes! We can organize extra services for guests like transfers, welcome baskets, private chefs, scooter rental, tours, massage treatments & much more. These are either included or can be added if requested - depending on the service package you pick.
